At suggested service project for Scoutorama is Saturday. Two pledges to work.
Membership initiation and installation 21st of April.
Annual banquet Saturday, May 3. On April 21 Hertle must know who comes.
Election April 14
More on banquet - where to hold discussed. Mem Hall, Student Union, Butterfield suggested. Jim to check on them all. To be brought up before chapter.
Open house, car wash -- Frank still to see Dan Dean Hopkins about hydrant. To be discussed on April 14.
Outing atFranks -- May 17. Soft drinks, broiler barbecue, potato chips. Two dollars a couple estimate. Discussion and final plan set for meeting May 5
12 April Splash Party-- Shep to check by Friday this week.
Discussion of the role of APO this year.
